  • Choose whether there are other Wills you’d like to keep valid in another country
  • SUITABLE IF NEITHER OF YOU HAVE CHILDREN FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.

Young Family

Per Couple

We are a married couple and we have children under 18

  • Leave your estate to each other
  • Name guardians for your children
  • Give instructions for managing the estate on behalf of the children
  • Choose whether there are other Wills you’d like to keep valid in another country
  • Suitable even if some children are over 18
  • SUITABLE IF NEITHER OF YOU HAVE CHILDREN FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE.

Single / Divorced / Widowed Parent with Grown Kids

1,430 NIS TOTAL

I am not married and my kids are over 18

  • Leave your estate to your children
  • Address any loans or large gifts that you gave to any of your children (so that it is balanced out when dividing your estate)
  • Choose whether there are other Wills you’d like to keep valid in another country
  • This type of Will is helpful for making your intentions known and ensuring that all your kids are properly identified by name and ID number in your Will (which is especially important if they are not Israeli citizens).

Single / Divorced / Widowed Parent with Young Children

1,530 NIS TOTAL

I am not married and I have children under 18

  • Leave your estate to your children
  • Name guardians for your children (who will raise them)
  • Choose a Trustee to manage the estate for your kids – this may be their other parent (if relevant), or someone else, such as a sibling or close friend of yours
  • Give instructions for managing the estate on behalf of the kids
  • Choose at what age (or under what terms) your kids would receive control of their inheritance
  • Choose whether there are other Wills you’d like to keep valid in another country

How can I be sure EZwill™ is right for me?

EZwill™ aims to offer several options, all customizable, which would be suitable for most people in most situations.

However, we do not recommend using EZwill™ in any of the following situations:

  1. If you do not wish to include your spouse or any one of your children in your Will;
  2. If you believe there is a reasonable chance that your Will may be contested (i.e., that someone would object to it);
  3. If you and your spouse have significantly different wishes for each of your Wills;
  4. If you own many assets (real estate, corporations / businesses) in Israel or abroad and would require complex or delicate planning or require tax advice;
  5. If answering an online form and navigating the system on your own is too challenging for you. (NOTE: If other family members assist you in creating the Will, this may legally disqualify them from inheriting you).
